1. Payments

All payments for Lamisel services must be made in advance based on the selected plan, subscription, or agreement.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Subscription Plans

3. Renewal & Billing

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details to avoid service interruption.

4. Free Trial / Demo

If Lamisel offers a free trial or demo:

  • It is provided only for evaluation purposes
  • Features or duration may be limited
  • Access may be discontinued once the trial period ends

Free trials do not require refunds as no payment is collected.

5. Refund Policy

Lamisel follows a fair and transparent refund policy, subject to the terms below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment was charged incorrectly
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Technical issues prevented access to the software and were not resolved within a reasonable time

All refund requests must be raised within 7–14 days of payment (you can customize this timeframe).

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Failure to use the software due to lack of understanding

  • Subscription renewals not canceled on time

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
  • Access to the software may continue until the end of the active subscription period.

Applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT, or other regional taxes) may be charged as per local laws. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their region.

9. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed:

  • Access to Lamisel may be temporarily suspended
  • Continued failure may result in account deactivation
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared to restore access
